‘Not’ is a very interesting and powerful delusional illusion. We constantly encounter it in multiply forms everyday of our lives.  We are feed ‘Not’ through the media (television, radio, internet, people we consider our leaders, etc.) and conversation with other regurgitating what they heard and believe to be true.

I want you to remember this ‘NOT’ discussion only, only, only, so you won’t focus on it in any aspect of your evolution and growth and ascension to remembering the truth. In fact if you spend too much time focusing on the ‘Not’ it will impede your ability to raise your consciousness level and vibrational frequency the way you are capable of as a true creator.

‘Not’ robs us all of precious time and energy that should be directed toward growth-realizing the truth. You will see and hear many things on the news, papers, radio, internet, word of mouth, and all the other form of communication we use; they should not find a home in your thoughts, ideas, or your beliefs.

Pay close attention to what you pay attention to.  What you will notice is that most of what you see, hear, and probably what you say as will be of a vibratory frequency that reduces power as opposed to enhancing it.  

When you spend time talking and thinking about all the things you don’t like, can’t believe, make you angry, refuse to accept, challenge our ego, etc. you are entertaining the ‘Not’ and your vibrational frequency is suffering as a result! There will always be not but you can affirm “‘Not’ now for me” and move on!
