This may not be the time for me to be philosophical but you will be so much better and stronger than you already are after this and yes it will pass soon. But remember life  sometimes offers lessons. When we are dealing with situations its hard to see this but it is true. We do actually create our reality and so I have to look at my life too, and extract the lesson from it. You know I don't have the idea situation right now or so it would seem, but its my life and I created it this way so in actuality it is not the idea situation but the perfect situation. I want you to start focusing on who you are (GOD, because GOD is all there is) and start knowing, yes I said knowing that you can HAVE, DO, or BE ANYTHING YOU DESIRE. Do not let your present dictate to you how your life is, although you are creating it with thoughts and feeling, when you remember who you are and that you are in control then you will start to feel better. Heck just start creating whatever you want by knowing you are God. First and foremost, how could you ever feel bad if you are God and secondly, know that when you create you get back what you put out. I'm refering to your thoughts your beliefs and especially your feeling. Have only thoughts that make you feel good really good, know and believe whatever it is you want and then stay feeling good really good and accept whatever it is you ask for (created) There's more but we'll talk about that later. Remember who you are and remember you have the POWER so use it. LOVE YA !!!

Its Not a New Years Resolution You Need PDF Print E-mail
Written by Chris Christian

Most people make a resolution, for the new year but end up giving up before the first month is over. If this description fits you, you’re not alone, and maybe a new years resolution isn’t what you need after all! Look in the mirror and ask yourself why you waited for the beginning of the year to try to do whatever it is you’re trying to do.

I know your new years resolution is your like a last ditch attempt to motivate yourself to do something you should have done a long time ago, right? Well if you haven’t done it yet, chances are there is a deeper reason for this obstruction. We’ve all hear of the payoff, right? If not, I’ll tell you what it means. The payoff is the satisfaction you get from doing or not doing something you shouldn’t or should be doing. Did you get that? If not go back and read it again!

Usually the payoff is received on a sub-conscious level so we’re not even aware this trade-off is going on. That is until we realize we seem to be making the same old mistakes, meeting the same old resistance or are just flat-out stuck no matter how hard we try.

The way to circumvent this resistive pattern is to—ask yourself, “what am I receiving from maintaining my habit, behavior or lack of success in my attempts to ________” (you fill in the blank). It may not come to you immediately, but be cognizant, since you put it out there, you will receive your answer. Once you receive your answer—you’ve got some work to do!

It not impossible, but this will require the acknowledgement, releasing or re-evaluating of some current believes existing within you on a deeper level of yourself. But once revealed, you can go to work releasing, accepting or some other internal process resulting in freedom. One last bit of advice, don’t be too hard on yourself once you figure out what your pay off is, just relax and let it go! I know it sound easy but it a paradox. Its so easy it will appear to be very challenging!
